2. Communication Quality
Players must possess a clear microphone free of static or distortion, as high-quality voice communication is fundamental to the experience.

4. In-Character / Out-of-Character (IC / OOC)
Breaking character (OOC) during gameplay is forbidden. Players must remain in character at all times.

Infractions that result in an immediate permanent ban without prior warning or escalation.
1. Immediate Permanent Ban
Committing any of the following infractions will result in an immediate permanent ban without prior warning or escalation:
- Religious insults.
- Utilizing cheats, hacks, external software, or unauthorized modifications that grant an unfair advantage over other players.
Tier 2 Violations
Rules governing fair and realistic roleplay conduct.
1. Metagaming
Utilizing information obtained outside of the game (such as live streams or Discord channels) to benefit your character in-game is prohibited.
2. Powergaming
Performing unrealistic or physically impossible actions, or forcing a one-sided scenario on another player without granting them a fair opportunity to react and respond, is prohibited.
3. Exploiting
Utilizing software bugs or system glitches for personal gain is prohibited. All discovered exploits must be reported immediately.
4. Third Partying
Intervening or involving your group in an ongoing scenario (such as an active pursuit, raid, or negotiation) that you were not a part of from its inception is prohibited.
5. Combat Logging
Exiting the game or intentionally disconnecting during an active scenario to evade consequences or losses is prohibited.
6. RDM / VDM
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using vehicles as weapons to intentionally run over players.
- Terminating any character's life without a clear, prior roleplay motive and established hostility.
7. New Life Rule (NLR)
Upon bleeding out and choosing to respawn, your character forgets all details surrounding the final scenario. Returning to the death location or seeking revenge is strictly prohibited.
8. Conduct
Hate speech and harassment are strictly prohibited.
Realism & Quality Control
Rules ensuring realistic behavior and immersion within the server.
1. Value of Life / FearRP
Players must display a realistic fear for their character's life when faced with a direct weapon threat. Acting as an invincible or fearless hero is prohibited.
2. Fail RP
Engaging in actions that break logic or physics—such as driving normally after a severe vehicle accident or falling from extreme heights without roleplaying injuries—is prohibited.
3. Cop Baiting
Intentionally drifting, reckless driving, or committing violations directly in front of police stations or active patrols to force a pursuit without a logical story narrative is prohibited.
Injury & Downed System
Rules regarding injury roleplay and the downed state.
1. Downed State
When a character is downed due to severe injury, using a phone, radio, or relaying tactical information via voice chat is completely prohibited. Communication must be limited to realistic groans of pain or calling for medical assistance.
2. Roleplaying Injuries
After receiving medical treatment from EMS, players must continue to roleplay the effects of the injury (such as limping or the side effects of the injury) for a realistic duration. Resuming normal physical activity immediately upon standing is prohibited.
3. Returning to Combat
Rejoining an active shootout or combat scenario immediately after receiving field treatment or respawning is prohibited.
Criminal Activities & Hostages
Regulations for criminal scenarios, robberies, and hostage situations.
1. Robberies
Store hold-ups and house robberies must be driven by a logical roleplay narrative. Repeating them consecutively purely for financial grinding is prohibited.
2. Police Interaction
Stealing police vehicles or equipment for the purpose of griefing or disruption is prohibited.
3. Hostage Rule & Negotiations
- Hostage-takers must preserve the safety of the hostage. Terminating a hostage is prohibited unless negotiations have broken down completely and reached a total dead end.
- Preset demands such as: (Safe Passage, Safe Escape, Guaranteed Out) are strictly prohibited during negotiations.
Restricted Zones
Restricted areas with severe consequences for criminal activity.
1. Restricted Zones
Hospitals, police stations, and government facilities are designated as Restricted Zones and are heavily guarded.
It is strictly prohibited to initiate or engage in any combat or criminal scenario within these boundaries. Violating this rule will result in an immediate ban from the server.
Report System
Procedure for reporting rule violations.
1. Reporting Violations
When witnessing a rule violation, do not halt the scenario or argue with the offending player. Continue the roleplay, record the incident, and open a support ticket on Discord including:
- The offender's Player ID.
- A brief, clear description of the incident.
- A clear video clip showcasing the scenario from beginning to end.
